AMPFIELD PAVILION

This was an exciting opportunity for us to work with Ampfield Parish Council in developing the new Pavilion on the recreation ground at Ampfield. We had a strict timescale to complete the project in which we needed to work towards. Our dedicated team were able to successfully complete the project within 4 months.

The project consisted of the construction of a new Pavilion of some 150m2, consisting of two changing rooms complete with shower facilities, full kitchen facilities, meeting /canteen room, store, umpire room, central lobby and toilet facilities.
The structure is a combination of masonry walls built in cavity construction finished with a brick plinth and Hardie plank cladding.

The roof consists of a specially designed trussed roof with a veranda supported by a steel beam design with a covering of grey Cembrit felt shingle.s The windows and doors are purpose-made from aluminium and UPVC.
The pavilion is completely fitted out with electrics and gas central heating

Our team really enjoyed working with the Parish council on this project and we were able to deliver on time and within budget.

The project involved significant challenges due to ecological and environmental constraints.
SQUIRRELS LODGE
New dwellings consisting of a mix of stonework and brick-built features, with slate and clay-tiled roofs.
OLD SCHOOL SITE
Built with traditional construction methods and a traditional cut roof incorporating glulam beams.
