Allen Build and Development were appointed after going out to market with three other tenders. Our choice to use them was not only down to price but more down to their genuine interest in listening to what we required and their ability to fit in around our needs, particularly as I was going to be project managing this build myself, and with not having any previous knowledge of or expertise in any area of the building industry. I really wanted to be involved in every step of the way, to ensure that we got exactly what we required. Allen Build took on the New Build project from scratch, demolishing the previous property and then taking on the total build of the replacement dwelling. I have to say that it was an absolute joy working with Ben and his team of tradesmen. Nothing whatsoever was too much trouble, even when I changed the specifications of certain things here and there, everything was taken care of without any aggravation. Of course we had a few minor snagging issues here and there, but again everything was always resolved amicably and without any fall outs or disputes.
I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Allen Build and Development.

We owe a great deal of thanks to Ben and his team. Not only did he project manage and build our dream home but he and his team made the experience a good one and well communicated at all stages in the process.
The quality of work is commendable but equally importantly for us was the way in which he and his team work and communicate which certainly ensured a smoother build identifying hurdles as well as efficiencies in methods along the way.Bens commitment to us throughout our new build project has continued and he and his team have since been instructed on other projects for ourselves which have been equally well managed and good experiences. We hope to work with Ben and his team again on future projects as and when the opportunities arise.
