Our collaboration with Paul Basham and his esteemed team at Paul Basham Associates extended to orchestrating a comprehensive refurbishment and meticulous fit-out of their historic 2,200 square foot office space, designated as a Grade 2 listed building.

With a deep respect for the building’s heritage, our approach married modern functionality with the preservation of its architectural integrity. Each aspect of the refurbishment was meticulously planned and executed, paying homage to the building’s historical significance while seamlessly integrating contemporary amenities.

From restoring original features to implementing state-of-the-art technology infrastructure, every detail was meticulously considered.

Collaborating closely with Paul Basham and his team allowed for a tailored approach, ensuring that the refurbishment aligned perfectly with their vision and operational requirements. Their input and feedback were instrumental in crafting a workspace that not only honoured the building’s heritage but also fostered productivity and creativity.
