A client had recently bought a Grade II listed house in central Winchester and wanted to change the layout, convert one part of the large 5-bedroom house into separate accommodation and completely overhaul the exterior, roof and interior.
With the help and guidance of Historic England, we worked closely with the client and designer to restore this beautiful old building from the late 18th Century back to glory. The client liked our approach to detail and ability to listen to what they wanted to achieve and discuss various ways this could be done.
We were given the opportunity to showcase our skills in bespoke joinery and were very proud of the final finish.
