We were Instructed by Lord Pembroke and the Wilton Estate to carry out and complete the new build scheme at Fovant. The project consisted of the demolition of school class rooms and utility buildings, with the construction of a pair of large three bed detached dwellings with car bar, parking and a new access road.
The new dwellings consist of a mix of stonework and brick built features, with slate and clay tiled roofs.
The car barn is an Oak framed structure with cladding and ample parking for the site.
The scheme had its challenges such as being on a sloping site, with the removal of Hazardous waste. We also had Ecology issues to satisfy which were all overcome within the project.
We worked closely with the client to deliver the scheme on time and to budget. It was a pleasure working with the Wilton estate on such an interesting project.
